Our most recent collaboration consisted of 17,000 s.f. of tenant space, a 3,000 s.f. lobby & corridor renovation, and concluded with the installation of a Generator. In the last 3 years, Warren-Hanks has constructed and renovated 75,000 s.f. of premier Class A office space for Ciena. We are proud to have worked with Munro Design, Jones Lang LaSalle and Ciena on our most recent success at Alpharetta's prestigious Sanctuary Park.
